March '09: Ten Messages To Ten Knights

You've waited long enough, and finally it's here- The Order Goal for March. Last month we didn't have one, and partially because of this, there wasn't much activity here. However, we did get some our Order Roles selected, which are now featured on our Order's homepage. This month, our focus shall be on recruitment yet again.

I ask of each knight to send at least ten messages to ten different knights that are at least level ten to join the Order each week. That sounds like a lot, so how will we all know who's done their part? Why, simple. At least once a week, you must post in the Forums. A topic shall be created shortly for this specifically, and since we do not yet have a Recruitment Manager, our very own Farm Manager- Jaronar- shall monitor these weekly posts to see who's following the Goal's rules or not. I trust that he can do this just as much as I trust that all of 'ewe can recruit sufficiently. If you absolutely can't meet the quota- Speak to me.

I find a little more than dissettling that so few have done as they were asked.

Someone even sent me a message not knowing what was to be posted. What's the use of these Order goals if no one listens?

At this point, I'm trying to think of how to reward those who are doing their job and in a sense punish those that haven't. We have twenty members once more, but it's not about the numbers any more- It's about each individual knight.

This is out last full week of the Order Goal, so I expect more results this time. If there aren't any, drastic measures will have to be taken. This isn't much to ask, for anyone could put half and effort forth and do this in under 30 min. if they wish. I understand that some actually aren't able to, and that's fine, but there's no excuse for laziness on the part of the majority.

SirMark, DragonMaster- Great job. Remember that every little bit counts, and the others could learn something from you.

I just checked and it seems I only send one invitation for the quota that is to Garfield.

People around me are all too crappy for me to invite. I'll see if I can find somebody at level 5 and below.

Your effort is much appreciated. You may not have met the quota, but I know that you put work into picking good recruits.

Yep, last week indeed, for the quota thing. I haven't start recruiting this week, since I got busy all of a sudden with other things.
